Associate Attorney Tony Casoria

Florida Criminal Defense Attorney Tony Casoria has been practicing law since 2006, and has tried over 50 jury trials, including first degree felonies punishable by life in prison, and handled cases involving death.  Before focusing on criminal defense, Attorney Casoria was an Assistant State Attorney for five years. This prior experience has given him a unique advantage, as he is very familiar with how the prosecution is likely going to build their defense case against his clients.

Attorney Casoria graduated from the University of Florida with a criminology major and Stetson University College of Law.  Attorney Casoria was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified County Court Mediator in 2005.
