The victim said that when she looked up at Fuentes as he called her name she noticed that he had taken his penis out of his pants and started masturbating. He then began calling the name of a co-worker who was also a teenage girl so that she would see what he was doing.
The co-worker verified the victim's story with police that Fuentes had been masturbating inside the business. Fuentes was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child and has been booked at a local correctional center.
