FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA - A news story posted on local10.com reports that law enforcement authorities have charged three men who allegedly burglarized more than 100 storage units in Hollywood, Florida. The news report states that the men appeared before a criminal justice court judge on Tuesday. The three men appeared in a Broward County courtroom and are now facing several criminal counts of burglarizing the storage units.

The new report states that the three men burglarized 109 Extra Space Storage units. The Extra Space Storage burglarized is located at 1440 South Dixie Highway in Hollywood, Florida. The burglary began overnight Tuesday and into Wednesday morning.

Law enforcement authorities established a perimeter and caught the three men who were involved. Law enforcement authorities also reported that the police recovered some of the stolen property.

Hollywood Police arrested and identified the three suspects but failed to state whether the men were the same suspects seen on surveillance video masked and dressed in black, robbing dozens of storage units at a Fort Lauderdale storage facility in August.

The released video camera surveillance video shows four individuals prying open several storage units at the Extra Space Storage located on West Broward Boulevard in Hollywood, Florida. The report states that the burglars went through the storage spaces and stole whatever they wanted.

A victim, who refused to be identified, stated to the Local 10 News reports that her unit was one of the storage units burglarized at the Fort Lauderdale location. She stated that she loss $13,000 of jewelry, valuable coins, sneakers, and purses. She stated that some of the items were not replaceable. 

Hollywood Police stated that the burglars used crowbars and several other tools to gain access into the storage units. One video shows the burglars entering and leaving the storage facility, but it does not show the men moving any items out of the facility.
