Motorcyclist Cut Through Occupied Lane of Traffic; No License Endorsements

Officers witnessed the defendant traveling on a motorcycle and pass another vehicle within an occupied lane. The police initiated a traffic stop upon the driver. The officer recognized that the defendant did not possess the proper license endorsements to operate the motorcycle he was driving. The driver is charged with no motorcycle endorsement and a ticket for passing within an occupied lane. RESULT: The defense attorney entered into heated negotiations on behalf of the client.
