He earned his JD with Honors from the University of Florida School of Law in 2000, following his BA with Honors, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida in 1997. In 2010, he completed his PhD in Political Science at the University of Florida, further strengthening his ability to navigate intricate legal and policy landscapes.
